Part A — Website use

This website is operated by Ajulo Web Solutions. You may view and use it for information purposes. The content, design, templates, and code on this site remain our property. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results, rankings, or lead volumes.

Part B — Standard service terms

1. Our services

We provide website design and build services and automations (such as missed call text back, payment reminders, review requests and AI search visibility), as described in your proposal or on our Packages section. Every website build includes the monthly Concierge Care plan. Each package has a fixed scope; anything outside it is quoted separately.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices are as published or quoted and cannot be combined with other discounts, including referral discounts. We do not guarantee Google rankings or a fixed number of leads.

3. Payments

• A deposit is required before work begins.
• The balance is due in full before the website is launched on your live domain.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
• We are not liable for delays caused by late payment.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, photos, and logos in a timely manner.
• You warrant that any materials you supply (logos, photos, reviews) are yours to use and do not infringe third-party rights.
• If content or feedback is not provided within 14 days of request, the project may be paused. A restart fee may apply after 30 days.

5. Revisions and delivery

Packages include one round of revisions on the first draft (text, images, minor layout tweaks). Structural redesigns or additional revisions are charged at £45/hour. Delivery estimates begin once all required content is received.

6. Hosting, domains, and third-party services

• Hosting, security monitoring and site upkeep are provided through the monthly Concierge Care plan required with every build, and continue while that plan is active unless cancelled.
• Domain names are registered in your name and are your responsibility to renew.
• Third-party services (Google, Wix, Formspree, payment processors, hosting networks) are subject to their own terms and availability; we are not liable for their outages or pricing changes.

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own your website content and receive the finished website for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, tools, and code, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your website. We may showcase completed work unless you ask us not to.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, the deposit is retained to cover allocated time and resources. Work completed beyond that point is billed at £45/hour.

10. Referrals

Referral rewards apply only when confirmed in writing for your referral. Rewards are paid after the referred client has paid in full, and may not be combined with other discounts.

11. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
