• Referral form: your name, your email, and the details of the business you refer.
• Email correspondence: any information you send us by email.
• Client project data: business details, logos, photos, and reviews you provide for your build.
• Usage data & analytics: anonymised interaction patterns, heatmaps, and performance metrics collected via Microsoft Clarity.

3. Why we use it (lawful bases)

• Consent: when you opt into analytics cookies or submit form enquiries; you can withdraw consent at any time.
• Contract: to deliver services you request (building your website, paying referral bounties).
• Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, administering our referral programme, evaluating site performance, and keeping basic business records.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with service providers needed to operate: Formspree (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting infrastructure), payment processors (e.g., Wise/PayPal) when paying referral bounties or receiving payments, and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised website usage analytics and heatmaps).

5. International transfers

We operate from the Philippines, so enquiry and client data may be processed there. We keep the data we collect minimal and use reputable providers with appropriate security. By submitting our forms, you acknowledge this processing arrangement.

6. How long we keep it

• Prospect/enquiry data we never convert: up to 12 months.
• Client records (invoices, agreements): as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Referral records: until the bounty is settled plus reasonable record-keeping time.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
